AFP are Independent Mortgage Advisers regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We act on your behalf and are not tied to any Lender nor do we operate from a restricted panel but arrange mortgages from the mortgage market as a whole.

With experience in the Mortgage Market going back to 1979, AFP was set up in 1997 by a select group of professional advisers with the aim of providing service that is second to none in the market.

We deal with you in the way you prefer - either by telephone/post/face to face/over the internet or through a combination of these and you have the alternative of either paying us a fee for our service or we can be remunerated by the companies we place business with - the choice is yours.

With our Head Office located in the Thames Valley, we have advisers throughout the South East and London, the South & West Midlands, North & Mid Wales and the West Country, but deal with customers throughout the UK.

We can also arrange the best value insurance policies to protect your home and your mortgage through our relationships with the UK's premier insurers to save you the trouble of shopping around.

Under our fee paying option, a fee of up to 1% of the loan arranged may be charged, dependent on circumstances.
