How much will it cost?

What other costs are involved?
That depends on whether you are buying a property (Stamp Duty / Valuation / Legal fees etc) or remortgaging (Valuation /Legal costs etc). There's nothing we can do about Stamp Duty but other costs are often subject to special offers from Lenders with reduced or no charges being available (especially when remortgaging).
