The safety of staff, clients and the public is our top priority while the Covid 19 situation progresses and evolves. We are cleaning our premises regularly with anti-bacterial products and where possible we have resumed face to face meetings with customers - by appointment only. 
In order to help contain the spread of the virus if you attend a meeting in our offices, you will be asked to take the usual precautions, such as sanitising your hands on entry, confirming you have not been in contact with anyone who has Covid 19 and leaving your contact details with us (just in case we need to contact you). 
Always check with us before coming to our offices because any additional regional restrictions applied by the Government from time to time, such as the ‘High’ and ‘Higher’ tier measures will be fully adhered to when imposed. 
Overall, it is very much business as usual for us and our advisers can always be contacted by email or telephone.

Our Appointed Representatives specialise in Mortgage and Protection advice and are highly talented and experienced. As a Network, we are truly different. Although our Appointed Representatives are running their own businesses, they are also very much an integral part of our organisation and are treated accordingly. Our Appointed Representatives join us through personal recommendation only, or are developed from within through our comprehensive training programme.

We provide our Appointed Representatives with supervision, training and compliance, technical, marketing and management support and operate from the whole of the mortgage market on an independent basis, together with an extensive panel of pure protection and GI providers, and have strategic introducer arrangements in place for those product areas where we are not authorised. 
Our Appointed Representatives are encouraged to build long term relationships with clients, in order to provide ongoing advice throughout their lives. Over 85% of the Network’s business comes from existing customers or referrals from them which illustrates the success of this culture. 
We have a very close relationship with the firms and individuals that are our Appointed Representatives, and we have worked with many of them for 20 years plus. We aim to be a sensitive and responsive business partner to the successful firms and individuals that work with us. 
The client always comes first and we aim to deliver excellent customer outcomes through our policy of treating customers fairly. We also believe in putting something back – for every mortgage completed, we make a donation to Shelter through their "Brokering Change" initiative so those less fortunate can benefit too, and we have donated many thousands of pounds in this way.
